About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can run point across multiple engineering and product workstreams at once. This isn’t a role for someone who wants one clean roadmap and a quiet backlog — priorities shift, customers change scope mid-sprint, and you’ll be the person making sure every team still knows what they’re building, why, and by when. If you like structure but thrive when things aren’t tidy, this is your seat.

What You'll Do

Own project execution across multiple teams (product, engineering, and cross-functional partners), making sure everyone is working off the same priorities and timelines
Run Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, standups, retros — and keep them useful, not performative
Track deliverables across teams and surface risks, blockers, and slippage before they become fire drills
Coordinate cross-team dependencies so nobody finds out they’re blocked the day something’s due
Build and maintain the project management infrastructure we need as we scale — tooling, reporting cadence, documentation — largely from scratch
Work directly with the Head of Product on prioritization and roadmap sequencing

You Have

3+ years managing projects for production-facing engineering teams — not internal tools, not side projects, teams shipping to real customers
Deep, hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum — sprint planning, standups, retros, backlog grooming.
A track record of managing multiple teams and multiple projects simultaneously, keeping everyone aligned on priorities, dependencies, and deadlines
A PM certification (PMP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Startup experience — you’ve worked somewhere without a fully built-out process, and you know how to build the process instead of waiting for someone to hand it to you
Sharp written and verbal communication — you can translate between engineers, sales, and leadership without losing anything in the process

Nice to Have

Experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS
Familiarity with regulated industries (defense, healthcare, financial services)
